  • In a normal market, once a property is rent‑ready and priced correctly, we typically place a qualified tenant within about 2–3 weeks from start to move‑in. Timing can vary with seasonality and price, but we use market data, professional photos, and wide syndication to keep vacancy as short as possible.

  • Tenants submit maintenance requests online or by phone, we dispatch to our vetted contractors, coordinate access, and share photo “proof of work” so you see what was done and what it cost.

  • A typical Unlawful detainer case can range from $1000 to $2000. If the tenant contests in court, it could increase the attorney fees.
